Our Story

United Restoration & Waterproofing was founded in 1999 by Jose R. Martinez, our President, who brought hands-on discipline to Florida's coastline — starting with small spall repairs on condominiums in South Florida and building the business job by job, referral by referral.
Jose runs the company today the same way he started it — he meets with clients daily and personally inspects every job site. That means showing up on time, executing under pressure, communicating clearly with the people depending on him, and never leaving until the job is done correctly. In an industry where contractors go missing after the deposit clears and property managers spend weeks chasing updates, he just does what he said he'd do — every day, on every project.
Today, United Restoration operates across both coasts of Florida, serving condominium associations, HOAs, commercial property managers, and government agencies from Cocoa Beach to the Keys and across to Naples and Fort Myers. The ownership structure hasn't changed: the people who sign the proposal are the people on the job site. No layers, no subcontracted project managers, no surprises on the invoice. Just the work, done right.

How We Work
